Point Click Care is limited in its Excel capabilities and they are not very interested in improving that aspect. So, it would be great if we could pull the census, revenue, and A/R data together in one place combined with our Sage reporting package. Also, some of the reports that they offer very limited and can only be run by month instead of running a trend report. Partnering with PCC and grabbing their APIs would add a ton of value to the senior living and healthcare industry.
