i'm building out some journal writeback templates for Sage intact and for the Should Post I have TRUE. But I'm getting an error message that it can't post because we have approvals turned on in Sage, and I'm not an approver. Has anyone had success using SUBMITED instead of TRUE? I tried to enter this into my formula but got a #VALUE error. Is there something else I should put here to allow entries to be submitted instead of posted? Please note using Draft doesn't work for us as a lot of entries are reversing.

Hi Leah.
Thanks for flagging this! SUBMITTED is indeed listed as a valid option for ShouldPost in our SI.WRITEBACKJOURNAL documentation but it is unfortunately not yet a valid option in the software. It is a mistake on our end to have documented this too early. So the #VALUE error you are seeing is expected for now, and only ShouldPost=TRUE or FALSE work
Until we release NX 2026.5 (early next month), posting (ShouldPost=TRUE) or saving as a darft (ShouldPost=FALSE) remain your only options.
You could possibly also consider sharing your Writeback sheet and asking an approver to perform the writeback with ShouldPost=TRUE for now to keep the reversal entries. Please let me know if it is an option?
Apologies for the confusion the docs may have caused.
