Hello, I use Velixo with the Sage Intacct integration. Every quarter I have a process where I update a revenue per client spreadsheet. In order to do that, I pull from my consolidated books for all my entities (Locations) the revenue from a specific GL. I have ran this process for more than a year now, without any problem.
However, it seems like I'm not able anymore to query consolidated books, even tough I still have consol books in my Intacct instance. When I use the formula =SI.EXPANDCONSOLIDATIONBOOKRANGE(,), it now returns an empty result (#VALUE). Has this happened to anybody else? what had caused this? any changes you had made in your Intacct instance?

Hello Xavier.
If you have sufficient permissions (within Intacct) to access Company | Admin | Users | View permissions and roles, you can check.
Otherwise, you would want to contact your Intacct administrator.

While waiting for your response on the question Harry asked you, we had our engineering team look at error logs based on your name. It looks like a permission issue, your account no longer has the ability to access the list of consolidated books. This is the error message we found that you will likely see in the "Formulas review" section of the Status panel:
PL04000005 You do not have permission for API operation QUERY on objects of type gcbook
Is it possible your permissions were modified? Can you double check the username you used to connect?
