The Query Builder allows you to quickly select fields to include in a Query. However, the ability to edit the order of those fields is allowed only when output is to a Spill Range and is not allowed when output is to an Excel Table. Can we have the same ability to "grab and rearrange" the fields for Table Mirroring / Excel Table output? === Please type above and preserve the below information === Name: Debbie Blessé Excel version: 16.0.20026.20076 Connection: acousti

Hi Debbie,
Thanks for your message. You are correct that drag and drop capabilities are disabled when outputting to a table. I will check with engineering why it's the case and whether we can do something about it.

In the meantime, note that you can cut/paste columns to reorder them manually, and this survives refreshes and future edits that you do to the table. See this demo: https://www.loom.com/share/7b23d7a56e924855bd4ee60dec884a2c
